    Matthew is great! Very professional, yet friendly. He remembers what has been done in the past and is helpful in determining the best approach for whatever the situation may be, like box elder bugs we haven't seen before. Very pleased with Pointe!

    Ryan is very knowledgeable and friendly. He takes his time to do the job. He wants to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the services. He educated me with information I was awarded and gave me pointers to avoid pest coming back.

    As usual the technician did a great job performing my pest control service. Finn listened to all of my concerns and treated the areas that were most important to me as well as other areas that he saw that needed treatment. Overall a great experience.

    Ryan did a great job to eradicate a hornet’s nest. The weather was hot. The nest was in a compromising location. It was a risk to other personnel working in the area. He was very resourceful and professional to complete the task in light of the conditions and circumstances. Kudos!

    We have used Pointe Pest Control for some work a few years ago and recently needed to have them remove a large hornet nest in the front of our house. Matt came and did a thorough job clearing out the nest and a few other small ones around the house also. Their service was quick and effective and would highly recommend them.

    Jonathan was great he was very respectful and friendly. He took the time to check in and when he left he also let me know he was done and explain in detail everything he did. He also help me with the carpenter bees.

    Mohand came out today to spray indoors and outdoors after reviewing the bug issues in my home. He was very professional and communicated everything he was doing, as well as addressed some specific areas in the 3 season room and basement. Would recommend!

    I went with Pointe Pest due to the understanding that an inspection would be completed on my home. That never happened. When I called to see if someone was able to come out, I get told that I will never know and there is nothing that can be done. I wanted a phone call or a response to am email and have gotten nothing. I am extremely upset with the fact they took my money and now they don't care. You can go anywhere for cheaper and get treated better. I was also told that they would look at the exterior of the home and issue treatment to prevent anything from coming into the home. I reviewed the notes in my portal from the tech and that never happened. More disappointment.

    This is my first experience with a pest company. Thomas was a great dude he explained what he was going to do to try to knock out the Yellowjacket nest that’s between the ceiling and roof of my shed. He went to my backyard and started taking care of that. Afterwards he Came inside to spray & before he left he knocked out the outside. So overall it was a really good first experience. Everything went as expected.

    I've been a customer for some time. Pointe Pest comes out every 3 months and treats the outside perimeter of my house for ants and spiders. If there's an issue with any pests inside my home they address it. Lamont was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. I can't say enough about this company. They're great!

    100% regret ever wasting my hard earned money with this company. 1st time they came out fine. 2nd time came home to a nightmare! Oily spray all over my windows and doors everywhere ! Im in tears trying to get it all off. They were notified and the only two solutions was a free next service (no thank you) and 45 dollars refund. The owner clearly wants to argue. I can no longer find the stink bugs page on ANY pointe control website so it was deleted. And the fact you are now lying about ever servicing our home? Our acct number is 285813. I would like to resolve this issue immediately.

    We discovered a bit of a mouse problem in our garage after moving into our new home, likely from the nearby fields. As a family, we're not big fans of killing critters, but we had to get it under control before they moved inside. My search for a pest service started with Orkin, where I booked online... only for no one to show up. The local branch said their online system was just a "request" and they couldn't come for 2-3 days. I then found Pointe on Google and messaged them. They were very responsive at first, but the scheduling became a nightmare. An appointment for Tuesday at noon was confirmed, then moved to Wednesday (a "miscommunication"), then moved again to Friday due to a tech calling in sick. I was frustrated and cancelled. This is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1. Instead of letting it go, the office scrambled. They found a way to honor their Wednesday commitment. They were honest about the scheduling issue and, for the major inconvenience, offered a $50 discount. When I mentioned Orkin had specials, they matched the Orkin discount and kept the $50 discount on top. It was an incredible service recovery. The tech, Lyle Ropel, was great—respectful of our property and explained everything. The service itself is working, and the post-visit report was amazingly detailed. They also came back 2 weeks later for a free check-up. My only other minor issue is that they can't inspect attics due to liability, which is a service I've had from competitors in the past. Bottom Line: It was an extremely rocky start with scheduling. But their commitment to making it right—with a huge discount and honoring the appointment—and the quality of the actual service totally won us over. We even signed up for their annual contract.

    Top notch service and customer care! Nick came out in the Fall due to some house & field mice trying to find a warm home at my home. He explained everything he did and has come back multiple times to ensure everything is pest free! I sincerely appreciate his work ethic, friendly attitude, and exceptional customer service! I paid an annual fee and now pay monthly, however many times you need to them come a month they’ll do it. I feel the pricing is extremely reasonable.
