I had a great experience with Laz and Dean today.They were in to deal with a crazy mouse situation. They were super nice, flexible, and professional. They are obviously incredibly experienced technicians. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Give these men a raise!

I must say working with Smithereen recently was a wonderful experience ! This was the first I was in needed. And the person doing the spraying was so thorough ! And he explained everything with a smile. Great job ! And all looks good. No bugs ! THANK YOU so very much.

These guys are the best! We had some problems with birds in our vents and two of them were really high up. Multiple providers would turn us down or stated they would charge a crazy amount of money. They came out - just had to get a taller ladder and handled it like pros. I can't thank them enough.

Sam Cardinal is our service tech. He is always on time and polite. He is very thorough in checking all areas and also in advising what he sees and doing all prevention he can. Since we have started with Smithereen we have had no more pest control issues.

5 years ago I had a problem with snakes. Rob came out, found the nest, gave solutions to the problem and all the snakes went away. Recently I noticed that a few snakes have returned. I called Rob again and his assistant Mark came out today and set traps. There was no evidence of a nest so apparently the snakes are just running around the neighborhood as a few neighbors have pointed out seeing an over abundance of snake in their yards. Mark was very efficient and knowledgeable. He carefully placed the traps in areas where he believed the snakes would pass due to sunlight and other factors. He also suggested the trimming of two large bushes I have in the front of my house as not to create a hiding secure place for the critters. I was very happy to find out there's not a nest on my property and just a few changes should do the trick! I highly recommend this business to anyone who's having a problem with any type of critters especially snakes!

They were awesome and provided great service! A different company sent someone out for a termite inspection for our home purchase and they didn’t have the paperwork they needed - they said they needed to reschedule and couldn’t figure out how to get the paperwork. We were in town just for the day and Smithereens was able to quickly get us onto the schedule and Josh did the termite inspection same day. Highly recommend!

I had Jerry from come out today for pest control, and I couldn’t be happier! He was professional, friendly, and took his time explaining everything. Jerry did an extremely thorough job spraying both inside and outside the house — he didn’t rush and made sure to hit every corner, baseboard, and entry point. I already feel so much better knowing it was done right. Highly recommend Jerry and the team — 10/10!
