After reaching out to cancel services due to deciding to service my home myself, I was informed of the cancellation fee. These guys were kind enough to waive the fee which I think goes a long way in regards to customer service. They were professional and well mannered when speaking over the phone. Ronnie was very professional and friendly. He was a pleasure to have out at our house to provide the Bug Master service. Definitely looking forward to having him come out again. Knowledgeable and helpful and pointed out place of concern that I could fix to make our house even more pest free.

The last two,techs that were here were really great. Thank you. … but Adam is definitely way above the rest. He is extremely knowledgeable about our rat problem, re checked the problem area, and went into detail on how these pests operate. Our 4 traps were empty again, and partially chewed on. Adam explained why, and refilled the traps with 8 bait packets each instead of 👏🏼2. He suggested we continue checking the surrounding area, and to call you for another inspection if in doubt if bait is gone again. Adam did a great job for us today. Thank you 👍🏼👏🏼
