Mike Snyder came out to our rental home this afternoon to treat for ants. What a fantastic experience! He communicated well with us about scheduling and showed up exactly when he said he would. Upon arriving, the first thing Mike did was to ask questions and tour our home to get an accurate read on where the ants were coming from. As we walked around, he educated me about what he looks for and why. He explained exactly what he was going to treat and what the treatment was designed to do. He even helped us to pull out the stove so I could clean underneath before he treated the area! We had a great conversation, and before he left, he let me know what to expect and how to care for the treated areas. I truly appreciate both his expertise and his passion for what he does. Mike Snyder was fantastic and I recommend him to anyone that is having an insect infestation issue!!! I left a voicemail for Mike in the morning about a Yellowjacket bee issue that was starting to move into the house. Within an hour Mike called me and reviewed the course of treatment he recommends based on the pictures and video I sent. Mike took the time to explain how they may be entering the house so I would better understand how he was going to address it. Mike offered to come over later that day after his last scheduled appointment to help, which he was very prompt in his arrival at the time he said he would be at my home. Mike took the time to walk the external property to confirm the Yellowjacket nest & immediately started treating them. He then toured the interior of the home to make sure there were no other access points & treated all potential areas including the windows so no additional issues being experienced. Post treatment, Mike took the time to outline what happens next so I can monitor the results of the treatment & encouraged us to contact him if necessary.
