Mike came exactly when quoted, he was very friendly, and very knowledgable about our wasp issue. He was efficient and went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident. We went from seeing a couple carpenter ants a day to well over 50 and called Bug Bully to help us out. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice and Joe came out and treated our house inside (bait) and outside (spray). He was very professional and took time to ask me questions about what we were seeing and confirm all the places that we wanted treated. I expected it would take a few days to notice a difference and honestly thought we might end up needing to spray a nest we knew was inside but it’s the second day after treatment and I haven’t seen an ant yet today! Joe assured me that we could let them know if the problem persisted, but I’m hopeful we’re in the clear for a while. We will definitely be giving them a call when we need our house mouse-proofed this fall!

Bug Bully is fantastic! I am severely allergic to bee/wasp/hornet bites, this week I was stung by a wasp and had to use an EPI pen immediately! The next day once I was stable I reached out to Big Bully and David on his DAY OFF arrived at my house within an hour to assess our wasp nests issues. He thoroughly explained the behavior of bees, wasp, yellow jackets et all, walked around the house with me to show me the activity of nests being built and what the wasp were doing; as an example, taking a rest on our roof over our window bump-outs on the first floor. He is so knowledgeable , kind and showed true concern to what happened. I highly recommend Bug Bully as well as David and Mike, top notch all the way!

We had an issue with animals getting into our trash and discovered a large hole near our driveway. Bug Bully came out the same day to help us figure out what was going on. They set up a trail cam, assessed the situation, and guided us on the best next steps. The team was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. I used Bug Bully's services recently to deal with the mouse problem. I called them after spotting and trapping some mice in the garage to assess the extent of the problem. Mike was very responsive, came the next day to perform the assessment. He was very thorough and set us up with a trapment plan to get rid of all the mice in the house followed by an exclusion plan. One of his team members, Jason Dow came the next day and patiently set up close to 50 snap traps through out the house and made couple follow up visits to check on the traps. Jason was very professional in his service and is a great asset on Mike's team. Mike also performed an excellent job sealing any exterior gaps he found. Overall I highly recommend Bug Bully to anyone who needs pest control.
