Have had Freedom for awhile and they’ve always been great but today was the first time I’ve met Alexander C. And he was fantastic. He was the tech who came to my house today in Salem. He was extremely thorough, professional, and outgoing throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated the time he took to carefully inspect everything and explain each step of the process. His attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. I hope the company recognizes him, they should be grateful to have such a dedicated employee. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service and horrible knowledge behind bat removal complete scam artists is what this company was. Justin promised us that the warranty plan we paid almost 2k for was guaranteed to remove the bats from my attic…. Well here we are a year later and they’re still here…. Fast forward when they first came out some 19 year old pulls up gets out of their company van and drives off didn’t say a peep to me at all… I had to call and complain. He then comes back out a hour later with some 80 year old who was getting on a Ladder not the 19 year old…. Then I asked him are you the one that drove off. Rudely he replied with yes I can’t do this myself. How frigging lazy. If you ask me. The women who calls you doesn’t speak English well enough and tells you wrong dates and is overall clueless of her job. She called me on Wednesday the 27th to cancel that day when my appointment was for Friday the 29th. When I asked why are you canceling I was told that the weather isn’t good for today as in she was saying for the 27th the day that she was calling me. This is not the first time the office staff has done this I have felt it was better to communicate by email at this point. Anyways…. They clearly could’ve made their way out to my home today the 29th as it did not rain till the afternoon say 3pm ish my brand new insulation is now being ruined by bats and me and my family have to breath in bat crap because of this careless company. Morgan has the most AI automated responses to my email it’s quite comical! I wouldn’t even consider renewing anything with this company! Given the other reviews of bat issues with freedom pest if I was the owner I’d give up on trying to treat for bats whatever you’re doing is unsuccessful and a complete waste of money on my end. What sucks too is the state of Massachusetts only gives you a certain time frame to remedy this situation! I think freedom pest may have to pay me for new insulation including a complete professional cleaning in my attic

I had an initial consultation for an unidentified critter problem and Justin came out to do an inspection. He was very thorough and identified potential areas of entry, took pictures and scoped the accessible areas. He summarized his findings, concluding that there were no active nests and offered some helpful tips. There was no pressure for additional services. I found him very professional and would definitely call Freedom Pest Control if I have any future pest control needs down the road.

We truly had the best experience with Dave F today. He was very thorough and so kind and knowledgeable, and truly took his time to listen to our concerns and take care of everything that we were worried about. So thankful that we had him to help us with everything! I highly recommend freedom pest.

I want to give a special shout out to Shane, the serviceman who came out to my house this last scheduled service call. He was very professional and extremely thorough. As a matter of fact, upon my recommendation, my son now uses them for his household.

Had a yellow jacket nest under the house siding at the back porch. They came next day. Very professional team of two. Explained what they would do and why and gave us a follow up plan if needed. They were done in under 20 minutes. Haven’t had a problem since! Hired them again the same afternoon for the same problem at my MIL’s. Very accommodating. Definitely recommend!
