Top Line: Excellent service. Thorough and informative. Our direct experience with General Environmental Services has been with Christopher, a service technician who performed a thorough inspection and provided a good amount of information for us to act on along the way. He was clear, professional, and personable - a combination we appreciate v much and don't necessarily find in all in-home service providers. His inspection and discussions were unhurried and, in sum, we feel we made a v good choice going with General Environmental Services. I've noticed other reviews highly critical of the company's management. I don't know if there have been changes in the management staffing or if difficulties in the past have been addressed, but our experience was not reflective of those concerns. Your mileage may vary.

After discovering a Baldfaced Hornets nest when attempting to shape my double weeping cherry trees..( check before any hedge trimming!) I decided to call a professional company, Pete arrived on schedule, was very professional, courteous, he dusted so the returning hornets would die off over night, he returned in the AM and removed he nest carefully and rinsed the entire area, gave receipt of work performed, Pete is a great Guy!
