Excellent customer service provided by Krystle! I had a bees nest in my yard. She answered all my questions, provided me with extra detailed information and what to expect during and after service. She was so nice and worked with my crazy schedule. They were here by the next morning and got the job done! Fast and friendly service! I cannot say enough good things about this company! Highly recommend!

We moved into a rental that is basically a mouse paradise. We called Pest Rangers and Amy was so helpful in scheduling and explaining things. Mike arrived on time and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had set traps that the mice avoided while removing the bait, one had been caught, he removed it for us. He was so kind. While treating the house he encountered my children and was nice, friendly and polite with them. I’m thankful for such an ally in our battle to defeat the mice!

My first experience with The Pest Rangers was yesterday and it was excellent. Mike came a few minutes early of my appointment time and was able to remove a bees nest from underneath one of my shrubs. He was friendly, efficient and answered any and all questions that I had. He even showed me the nest after he removed it. I have every confidence that the issue is resolved. Amy was the wonderful lady in the office that set up my appointment and provided me with all the information I needed prior to my appointment. I will not hesitate to recommend The Pest Rangers to any friends and family members. Great company and service.

This company is great. We had a yellow jacket hive in our siding on the 2nd floor of our house and even had issues after another company came out a month earlier. The lady I spoke to over the phone at The Pest Rangers was very nice and knowledgeable, and even was able to get same day service for us (which we greatly appreciated). The gentleman Steve came out and talked to me about what he was going to do and what to expect over the next few days. He was done in 15-30minutes, and the next morning I didn't see a yellow jack flying around. Great service and work!

I was very happy with the service I received today - first they were the only company that could come same day. Steve the technician was great! He was thorough, very knowledgeable, took care of my issue right away, and gave me great advice. He also let me know when he was 10 mins away (which I need because of my dog but many times people don’t do this). All in all great company that I would recommend and Steve in particular!
