I live in an apartment complex and we use these guys for us, I had the pleasure to meet Michael and wow! He was just amazing! From all aspects, knowledgeable and answered all questions I had! Even off hours! He was the best exterminator and person in general I have come across! Very professional and always willing to help! I recommend them always!

Michael Garcia goes above and beyond -- having had other exterminators before he came on board, it's so clear what an incredible job he does. We struggle like many people in old, big buildings in NYC, but he always has a new solution or way of dealing with problems. He also explains everything clearly so that we know better what to do ourselves for maintenance and prevention. He's so knowledgeable and truly cares about his work and helping you. It was no use! Spraying was not working, electrical devices, failed after years and added expense! Roaches had the upper hand, I had just about given up! For Years I was plagued with recurrent kitchen roaches, hidden in the walls! My only hope was to move! In total despair, I complained to my Coop manager, who assured me that their exterminator was excellent.. sure! But what could I lose?! I was amazed when a jolly, friendly young man rang my bell. Mike Garcia was led to the battleground. He was almost instantly able to identify the roaches I had... 'Brown Bandits'!! I knew immediately I was in good hands! He told me to take photos of the roaches I saw to fully know what we were dealing with. He meticulously sprayed my entire kitchen with organic spray, telling me to get rid of excess clutter and cardboard storage in my lower kitchen cabinets. He showed me eggs being laid by roaches where I tried to tape up any open spaces!! Mike knows all types of insect pests, he studies Entomology, his motto is, "Each Roach is a Different Approach!" he honestly loves his work!! It took weeks of clearing and spraying, then finally sealing all the open spaces in my kitchen cabinets, but Miracles Do Happen! I can say that now, I am 'Roach Free!' To say I owe heartfelt Thanks to Mike, who is a Miracle Worker is an Understatement! Eastern or Western, Mike and Western Pest Services is the Best, You Cannot Go wrong!

I had a mild infestation of roaches, and didn’t know where else to turn. I saw the reviews for Western, and gave them a shot. I believe Stanley was the gentleman’s name who was dispatched to my home in Brooklyn, but he was extremely friendly and overall very professional. He sought out where the infestation started, and handled it for me efficiently and safely. If this issue happens again, I will be sure to reach out. 10/10 thank you again!
