Greetings. I have been a satisfied Yankee Pest Control customer since 2011. I've had to have 3 large hornets nests removed by technicians in the past 3 years. Most recently Shane and John were onsite to remove a Hornet Nest, 30' high on the crown of the roof. The large nest was mitigated without any issues, and I'm grateful for their skill and expertise. Both were very pleasant and professional. They provided timely status updates during the scheduling process and did a professional and thorough job with this dangerous task. Many thanks. After a rescheduled service visit, the young man technician providing integrated pest management offered stellar service. He was able to thoroughly answer all my questions and concerns, arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. I also felt this technician was respectful of my home and property. My partner and I have been extremely happy with Yankee Pest Control and the technician Sean that has come out a couple of times now. We recently signed up for the annual service after finding a mouse in the kitchen. Sean has been very thorough with helping us figure out the extent of the mouse problem, getting us started on the routine treatments, and has been great with answering any questions we have. It's helped with both sorting out the problem and the piece of mind that comes with it. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering.

I'd like to share my experience with Nate, your service technician. He is such an asset to your company! He arrived yesterday to complete our regular service and I happened to be home. He was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I asked his advice on our issue with ant hills in the backyard and he took a look at the product I had just bought and said while it's the same ingredient, he had a higher concentration in his truck (so glad you keep supplies in the truck and we don't have to reschedule a visit!) He also checked all the baits inside our home and refreshed them with new pieces inside. He also checked the ones in our attic. At the end, he summarized what we had done and what he would do as a follow up (which included cancelling a service scheduled for the next week which was no longer necessary.) The best part is that as he was leaving, he said thank you for using Yankee Pest with a big smile. Oh my goodness - what a refreshing service interaction! Also, every time I call your office, the representative is so nice and friendly (including today - sorry I didn't get her name). I am happily re-upping our annual service and so thankful to have a service that I can rely on who hires such wonderful people!

John is amazing! He thoroughly inspected in and around my house, found and sealed the entry point that no other technician could find. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I put my trust in Yankee Pest Control and they didn’t disappoint.

They were great. Lance came out and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also much easier to work with then other pest control people I have used. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend Lance and Yankee Pest over the big chains that we used in the past.

I’ve been using YPC for over a year now, and I can’t recommend them enough. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to help protect my home. Sean and Robert worked with me consistently to manage a mice issue—he came every other week to check the bait and even sealed gaps around the house to help prevent reentry. His dedication and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind. Nate discovered live termites near the house and immediately installed additional termite bait stations after talked with Chris. He didn’t wait or try to upsell—just did what was needed to keep my home safe. And when I sent the owner Galvin a photo of a dead ant out of concern (especially with a baby at home), he didn’t hesitate—he sent someone out right away to do a preventative ant spray. They are professional, responsive, and truly care about their customers. I’m grateful for their thoroughness and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, effective pest control. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2025-9-22 I want to add additional comments for them: I wanted to leave a review for the fantastic service I received from Colin and PJ on Friday. We have a regular service for termites and mice, but we've been struggling with a yellow jacket issue for months. I assumed it was outside the scope of our regular plan, but Colin and PJ didn't hesitate to help. They took the initiative to use dust to treat the issue and even gave us instructions to follow up if the yellow jackets reappear. This kind of thoughtful, attentive service is exactly why we continue to choose this company. Thank you both for going the extra mile!

I've been a happy customer for 10 years. These guys have always been responsive and effective! See a problem, call them up and the come and address it, every time. We recently had an issue with some little critters that found a new way into our kitchen and YPC sent their technician Sean our way. He took a walk around our entire foundation and addressed any areas that looked compromised, inside he took a thorough look around and discretely laid out bait stations and scheduled a revisit 3 weeks later. Problem solved virtually overnight. No critters in site. After 3 weeks Sean checked all the bait stations and none had any activity. Very impressive. Well worth the dollar a day contract. I wanted to let you know that I received EXCELLENT service in the last few weeks from one of your technicians, Peyton. He went above and beyond and was gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. In checking out our property he noticed a wasp or hornet nest in our tree; put on a protective suit; pulled out a huge tool and ladder and eliminated it. He also tried to help us deal with an ant problem. I’ve been a customer for many, many years and this is the first time I e felt compelled to let you know how great your employee was. I have been so impressed by the professionalism and care the stellar technicians at YP have demonstrated to us over the years. In particular, Shane is a shining star!! He has come out to our home for the last several inspections and I just cannot say enough how incredible he is! He is professional, yes, but patient, engaged, polite, smart, incredibly knowledgeable and truly has a passion to do his job well! Over the last couple of years, we have been trying to eradicate a mouse infestation in our basement. Shane meticulously checked the inside and outside of the foundation, crawling under porches, pawing through the basement and garage to find entry points. And throughout the process explained his findings and helped us to understand what changes and fixes we could pursue. As a result we took his advice and replaced parts of our garage door, and sealed up around our basement door. Yesterday, as he was attempting to leave after a thorough inspection, he came back into the garage and tackled a seemingly inaccessible part of the garage where he fount the jackpot!! His patience, attention to detail and desire to truly fix the problem was nothing short of astounding. He is amazing. YP do whatever you can to hold onto this truly stellar young man! He is an impressive representative for your company! Take good care of him!

I have had YP for years now & have been satisfied with ease of communication/scheduling. But I need to do a special shout out to Kendra who has come out the last few times. She is pleasant, eager to help and gives me great advice on what I can do to prevent unwanted visitors. I am now requesting her for my follow up appointments!
